Revenue Budget Code: the code of the budget
Budgeted: Amount Budgeted
Up to Date: Amount Spent up to date
Pending: Not finalized yet but emcumbranced
Update On: The last date the budget was updated.
Left: Amount not Spent.

Colored Fields and Reasons
Revenue Budget Code - Blue means Zero or No BUDGET
Revenue Budget Code - Green means Good Budget
Revenue Budget Code - Red means Over Budgeted

Sorted Buttons
This Button sort the current listed budget by Budget Code
This Button sort the current listed budget by date it was updated

Icon Buttons
NEW: Adds a completely new file to the database
FIND: This is the way to access existing data from database
PRINT: Generates the Revenue Budget Report in the form of a report either printed or to disk depending on the options (Sorted, Export Text and Custom).
CALCULATE: Calculates (Post/Update) Fiscal Year to Date on Revenue Budget by "Current Only" or "Complete".
SETUP: Update/Adjust Revenue Budget Through Disk System.

EDIT: Opens the entire list of selected records to modification one after another
MODIFY: Opens only the record you have selected from the listing window for modification.
CANCEL and close the window.
