Employee Certificate Code Listing Window

The View and Edit Certification Code Windows allows you to view or edit all Certificatication Codes. Yrs X denotes the certificate status is active.

Header Row
Codes: Code of the employee certificates
Descriptions: Code number of certificate and it's description. If non-state code, all entire description will be in lower case whele state code will have the character of every first word capped
State Status: Checkbox denoting state code, unchecked is local codes.
Valid for: If used, it states how long the certificates will last
Yrs Valid: Number o years certification was usually valid for
School Code: Internal School Code

Icon Buttons
New Record creates a new input record .
Print Button opens a print selection dialog
Set Up allows you to activate or deactivate the cetificates within the table.
Modify Button allows use of Next Record, Previous Record navigation buttons.
Cancel the current action and closes the active window.
