Class Listing Window

This is a listing window at shows all the the scheduled classes at a particular site along with the class description, grade, and the teacher assign to that class. Each class has a Start and End date, a classroom type and the number of student in each class to better identifty each class.

Header Row
Type: A code that defines the kind of class: Attendance, Homeroom, Att/Homeroom, Other
Code: Any number that is used to identify or label the class.
Description: A short statement that tell what subject the class will cover.
Teaching Staff: Displays the name of the teacher assigned to that particular class.
Start Date: The date the class begins on.
End Date: The date the class concludes.
Size: The number of students that are enrolled in the class.
Update Date: The date the class information (# of student in enrollment) is being updated
Location: The physical description of the location of the class
Hr/Wk: The amount of hours of actual teaching time the class is suppose to provide
Comment: Any coomment about the class

Special Keys
Working on date, the system due to its immediate status will allow the user to work as a specific date of chooseing. e.g. in summer when reports are due, all classes are closed, the system allow the user to work in the system as of a specific date to do entry, correction and/or correction.

Icon Buttons
Allows the user to add a new class record to the database.
Allows the user to search the database for any particular class record.
Allows the user the ability to print a current listing.
Allows the user to deletes a record from the database.
Allows the user to update class count as of any date selected, update homeroom class code as of today's date, set all current classes to the home school time schedule, and updates current class enrollment start and end dates.
Allows the user to import any class schedule or any outside student schedule into a master schedule the system can use. Once the schedule is set they must be confirmed by the user to become exceptable.
Allows the user to take a indepth look a a particular class record
Allows the user to edit a particular class record.
Allows the user to modifty a particular class record.
