Issue Date: Issue Date of Student Condition & Event
Exp. Date: Expiration Date of Student Condition & Event
Group: A Group of conditions for Students (SPE=Special Education, etc.)
Code: A Group Code for the special conditions.
Condition Description: Description of Student Condition
Comment: Comment about Student Condition & Event.

Colored Fields and Reasons
Student Full Name - Black means condition of student never expires
Student Full Name - Red means specific condition of student no longer applies
Student Full Name - Blue means condition of student is current

Icon Butttons
Find - Locates and displays records based on selection.
Print - Starts the Pre-Print selection window or 4D Quick Report feature for printing.
Delete - Discards selected records.
View - Displays records - data cannot be modified.
Edit - Edits a single record.
Modify - Modifys multiple selected records.
Cancel - Cancels changes to windows and closes window.
