Fund Code Listing Window

The Fund Code Listing Window allows a user to add fund code(s), add descriptions of fund code(s) and change description of fund code(s) but it will not allow user to delete fund code(s). Once fund code is added into list it cannot be deleted. At the bottom of listing window there are three boxes that represent window listing status of the codes found it the list " Not In Use", " In Use" and " Total Codes". In this listing group source of fund codes can be added but they can never be changed.

Code: Fund codes' Code ID
Desc.: Description of codes
In Use: "x" located in front of description indicates if the Fund codes' is currently in use

Sort Buttons
Code: This button sorts fund codes and descriptions of codes numerically.
Desc.: This button sorts fund codes and descriptions of codes alphabetical.
In Use: This button sorts fund codes and descriptions of codes by selection which is determined by "x" located in front of description if codes.

Icon Buttons
The New Record Button opens the fund code input window which enables user to add a new fund code and description of fund code.
The Print Button allows you to print fund code status and description report.
The Set up Button allows user to activate or deactivate the setup flags for fund. When activated the user is allowed to select or deselect funds. If selection is deactivated user cannot deselect fund but user is allowed to select fund in order to change description or add new fund.
The Modify Button allows user to edit description of selected fund, but it does not allow user to change fund number.
The Cancel Button cancels and exits the fund code listing window.
