Employee Certificate Query Dialog Window

Employee Certificate Query Dialog Window records could be searched or queried using different criteria such as those listed below. This window also allows query/search by Last Name and results can be added to current lists of records.

Input Fields
Certificate: Fill-in/Pop-up menu field enables you to query Employees' certificate records by choosing a type of certificate out of many displayed by this field. This can be disabled by clicking on "N" in front of this field.
Other: This field stores any other features that is written on the certificate such as honorary degree. This feature has to be peculiar to each certificate and must not have already provided for by any field in the window.
Status: Pop-up menu field that enables you to select if the certificate is current or not current.
Expire on: This field has both the start date and expiration date. For the certificate to be valid , the expiration date must be greater than today, usually, for certificate without expiration date,this is set to 01/01/9999.
Serial No.: This is the serial number on the certificate and is unique to each certificate.
Employee List: Icon Button - use the Employee Search dialog to refine the search for the employee involved
# Employee: Display Field - shows the number of employee with whom the search button above have included in further query.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Search/Query Button brings up the results of your query e.g.. Lists of current certificates, types of certificates etc.
