Employee Certificates Input Window

Employee Certificates Input Window is where Employee's certificates are entered with their name and coded certificates which are stored in the pop-up certificate menu.

Input Fields
Full Name: Display field-where Employee's Name and it's status are displayed. You can not enter or modify or write in this field.
Certificate: Fill-in/Pop-up menu stores all coded certificates and you can enter a type of certificate by typing the first number of the code and all certificates that start with the number will appear on the pop menu.

Issue Date: Date the certificate was issued (Start Date)
Expiration Date: Date from which the certificate is no longer valid.For certificates without expiration date, this date is set by default to 01/01/9999 (End Date).
Comment: Scrollable field and it is used for any general comment either concerning the certificate or the employee.
Serial No.: Sequential No. on the certificate and is unique to each certificate.
Other: This window stores any other information that is peculiar to the certificate or the employee. The "Other" field would becomes the sum of all numeric values of the employee certificate supplement('s). If a value is indeed can be defined, the "Other" field would no longer be enterable.
Employee Certification Supplement Include Layout
Icon button - Adds new Certificates Supplement to the listing.
Icon button - Modifies Certificates Supplement highlighted from the listing
Icon button - Deletes Certificates Supplement from the listing window highlighted.
Description: Group scrollable list - Description of the certificate Supplement.
Date: Group scrollable list - Date value of the certificate Supplement.
Numeric: Group scrollable list - Numeric value of the certificate Supplement.
Comment: Group scrollable list - Comment of the certificate Supplement.

Icon Buttons
Cancels the current action and closes the active window.
PREVIOUS - Previous Record Button opens the previous record in a sequence
NEXT - Next Record Button opens the next record in a sequence
