Choose Tax Form before Printing

Choose Tax Form before Printing Window allows you to select a tax form to print.

Input/Display Fields
W-2 Government: Radio Button - to select the form that need to be printed to be sent to government
W-2 OMB No. 1545-0008 Radio Button - to select the multi-part (4) form that need to be printed to be given to the emplolyee

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Set Up Button initiates the printing of the report.
