Source of Fund Listing Window

Source of Fund Listing Window allows the user to add source of fund code(s), add descriptions of source of fund code and change description of source of fund code but it will not allow user to delete source of fund code. Once source of fund code is added into list it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display Fields
Code: Group Scrollable List - to show the code that is being setup
Flag: Group Scrollable List - to show the status of the code that is being setup
Description: Group Scrollable List - gives a description the code that is being setup
In Use Display: Display - Number of certificates in Use
Not in Use: Display - Number of certificates Not in Use
Total Codes: Display - Sum of In Use and Not in Use.

Sort Buttons
Code: The Code Button sorts source of fund codes and description of source of fund codes by code number.
Desc.: The Description Button sorts fund codes and description of codes by alphabetical listing of description of source of fund codes.
In Use: The In Use Button sorts the source of fund codes and description of source of fund codes by selection which is determined by "x" located in front of description codes.

Icon Buttons
The Add New Record Button opens the add source of fund code window which enables user to add a new source of fund code and description of source of fund code.
The Print Button allows you to print source of fund code status and description report.
The Activate Button allows the user to activate or deactivate the setup flags for source of fund. When activated user is allowed to select or deselect source of funds. If deactivated user cannot deselect source of fund but user is allowed to edit source of fund by changing the description or adding a new source of fund.
The Modify Button allows user to edit description of selected source of fund, but it does not allow user to change source of fund number.
The Cancel Button cancels and closes the source of fund activity window
