Comment Viewing Window allows notes and other comments /reasons to be entered into the database about a selected employee's payroll profile.

Input/Display Fields
Commnet: Scollable field - allow up to 32,000 character for the comment field

Icon Buttons
Cancel Buttons cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Accept Buttons records input to the database.
