Employee Payroll Profile Select And Initiation Window

Employee Payroll Profile Select And Initiation Window is used to create a new payroll profile for an employee whose payroll profile was stopped for some reason e.g. change of position, and then restarted when the employee takes the status of the new position. Since the employee is already in the database,all you need to do is to start a new payroll profile which is done in this window.

Input/Display Fields
From: Group Scollable List - Payroll start date
To: Group Scollable List - Payroll end date
Code: Group Scollable List - The code the new payroll is going to be paid from
Site: Group Scollable List - The school's site code

Icon buttons
Cancel/Escape Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Modify Button opens input form for a selected record allows modification
Add New Record Button creates a new input record form and makes the employee current in his payroll profile.
