Labor Rate Input Window

Labor Rate Input Window is where labor rates, specify pay rates, site,and ranks. This window gives a status report about all employees on this labor rate as at a particular date and a total is recorded in the box at the left bottom corner of this window.

Input/Display Fields
Description: This is a modifiable field where the job title or the description of the position is written.
Rank: Pop-up menu - This is more of type of employee and there are three(3) types; Regular, Trainee, Apprentice
Pay Rate Standard: Standard is the normal wage
Override OT&DT Check box - Indicates that overtime and double time is not a base of calculation of base multiply by 1.5 or 2.
Pay Rate OT: Display Field - Overtime is standard rate plus 50% for any extra hours over 40 hours per week. The system will calculate for you.
Pay Rate DT: Display Field - Double time is standard rates multiplied by two(2). The system will calculate for you.
Effective Date From: The effective start date of the labor rate to be in use
Effective Date To: The effective End date of the labor rate to be in use
Site: Fill-In/Pop-up menu - Selection that enables to choose the site
Comment: Scrollable field - Where general comments about the labor rate is stored.
Employee history of who are currently with the pay rate
Employee ID: Group scrollable list - This is a unique number assigned to each employee
Employee Name: Group scrollable list - Name of the employee
Start Date: Group scrollable list - Date the labor rate was created
End Date: Group scrollable list - By default, this is usually set to 01/01/9999 and is suppose to be the date when the labor rate is no longer valid.
Hour/ week: Group scrollable list - Minimum standard hours required to be put in every week by the employee.
Week/year: Group scrollable list - Number of weeks in a year.
Employee Count: Shows number of employee that are with this rate base on the date selected
Date: Shows the date the list of emploee payroll profile is base on.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
View Button allows a record detail to be viewed, but not modified
Write Record Button records input to the database.
