Bus Route Query Dialog

This window is used to setup a search scenario of bus routes based on a valid date, and student name.

Input/Display Fields
Valid as of: Pop-up menu - window that displays the different ways to show the searchable dates.
Student: Fill-in/Pop-up menu - with this input area, one can select the specific student
Description (partial): Radio button - the database based on descriptions.
Route ID (exact): Radio button - Searches the database based on bus route ID number.
Variable Text : To use conjection with the radio button to do the query.

Icon Buttons
Cancel, Return back to previous screen.
Starts the search.
