This window is for adding a School / Site. It also shows the Contact info, budget data and Plans and Pictures.

Input/Display Fields
Site Code: School / Site Code, the C4SI SD deisgnated site code for the building
Dist. Code: District Code base on the defined state code for the district
Region: Region Code.
Name: School name.
NCES School ID: NCES ID Number.
NCS School Code: National Computer Systems defined school code.
State School ID: State School ID.
NCS County Code: National Computer Systems defined County code.
School Group: School Group Code.
School Type: School Type Code.
City, State, Zip: City, State, Zip.
Principal: Fill in/Pop-up menu -Principal's name.
Contact: Contact name.
Main Phone: Main telephone number.
2nd Phone: Alternate telephone number.
Fax: Fax telephone number.
Data: Data telephone number.
Budget Information
Gives current position of the budget for the selected site.
Budget: Display field - School / Site initial budget.
Up to Date $: Display field - Current Balance.
% Used: Display field - The percentage of the Up to Date amount is of the actual Budget.
Left: Display field - Budget amount that left (not spent)
Last Update On: Display field - Date of last update.
Comment: Group scrollable list - Any necessary comments.
School/Picture Included Layout
Plans / Pictures: Group scrollable list - School floor plans and pictures.
Icon button - Add a picture to the listings
Icon button - Deletes a picture from the listing
Icon button - Modifies picture of the listing

Icon Button
Cancel changes and closes window.
Opens the modify listing window for entering State Codes.
