Activity Fund Transaction Input Window

This window is used for a new Activity Fund Transaction.

Input/Display Fields
Type: Pop-up menu - List of types of Activity fund.
Date: Date the Activity is being added.
Account: Pop-up menu - List of accounts that is applicable for this Activity Fund.
Desc: Description for the actvity Fund Account transaction
More Detail: Display field - if the transaction is a check this field will show thec Check number
Amount: Aount of the Activity fund.
Cleared On: Display field - The date the transaction was cleared on
Locked/Printed: Check box - A check mark will mean the transaction is locked and/or printed.
Comment: Scrollable field - Any comment one want to add to further describe the transaction.
