Activity Fund Transaction Query Dialog

In this window you will be able to query all Activity Fund Transactions from Site of transaction, Different Accounts, Type of trasaction, and Custom date.

Input/Display Fields
Site Bank: Pop-up menu - Bank code/Name of Bank/Type of Account
Account: Pop-up menu - All Available Activity Fund Accounts.
Condition: Pop-up menu - List of Conditions.
Cleared on: Date Transaction was cleared.
Type: Pop-up menu - List of Type of Transaction.
Date: Pop-up menu - Custom query on Specific dates.
Check # Radio button - can enter a specific check number in the text field provided and search for it.
Desc. (partial): Radio button - search for a Partial description in the text field provided.
Variable Text: Used for fast search.
