Term Code Listing Window

Term Code Listing Window allows the user to add term codes, descriptions of term codes and change description of term code. Once the term code is added into list it cannot be deleted. At the bottom of listing window there are three boxes that represent window listing status of the codes found it the list " Not In Use", " Un Use" and " Total Codes".

Header Row
Code: The code number used for the Term Code.
In Use: The In Use Button sorts term codes and description of codes by selection which is determined by "x" located in front of description if codes.
Description of Codes: The Description of what the Term Code is responsible for.
Not In Use: Displays the total number of Term Codes not in use.
In Use: Displays the total number of Term Codes in use.
Total Codes: Displays the total nubmer of Term Codes in the listing window.

Sort Buttons\
Sort by Code number.
Sort by Description alphabetically
Sort by all In Use or Not in Use Codes first depending on the Ascending/Descending Check Box.

Icon Buttons
ADD - New Record Button opens the add term code window which enables user to add a new term code and description of term code.
PRINT - Print Button allows you to print term code status and description report.
SETUP - Setup Button allows user to activate or deactivate the setup flags for term code. When activated, user is allowed to select or deselect terms. If deactivated user cannot select term code but can change description or add new term.
EDIT - Edit Button allows user to edit the list of descriptions sequentially and individually in a subsequent window. The description of the Code can be changed but it does not allow user to change Code number.
CANCEL - Cacel Button cancels and closes the term code listing window.
