Locker Query Dialog

This window is for querying the student locker records. The user can locate the desire locker records by filling in the appropriate set of criteria.

Input/Display Fields
Condition: Pop up menu - The current Locker condition. Currently In Use, Broken, Vacant, or Valid.
Site: Fill-in/Pop up menu - The Site name (or Responsibility Center) to be queried.
Type: Pop up menu - The locker type. Pop-up selections are Locker Types 0 - 9.
Student: Fill-in/Pop up menu - The Students name selector for querying the student associated with the locker.
By Last Name: Check box - When check, the student selector queries the student by last name.
Current Owner: Check box - When check, the student selector queries the student that currently uses the locker with the criteria matching the above query fields.
Locker No. Radio button - The locker number being queried.
Serial No. Radio button - The serial number of the locker being queried.
Variable Text: To be use with the above radio button to further specific what to query

Icon Buttons
CANCEL - Cancels current query and closes window.
QUERY - Query - performs query and opens results window when data is found matching the query.
