Extra Duty Pay Input Window

Extra Duty Pay Input Window is the primary window through which extra duty pay is determined. Extra duty is either lump sum or determined through indexed rate and standard pay. The system support and store calculation of 2 different methods. The step/index and the contract and number of pays method.

Input/Display Fields
Description: Input the description of the extra duty pay in the enterable field.
Step/Index Method
Steps: Input a value of step in the enterable field based on school curriculum which is used to calculate the extra duty pay.
Base pay: Display field - Certified Employee Base Pay for current year.
Index: Input a value of the index in the enterable field based on the school curriculum which is used to calculate the extra duty pay.
Index: Display field - previous value you have input shall show in the display field.
Contract\Pay Method
Contract Input the amount of the contract for this additional/extra duty pay
Pays: Input the number of pay the contract suppose to be pay out of.
Amount/Check: Based on Step and Index, the amount per each pay check shall show for that extra duty pay. Without the Step and Index, you can input the amount for that extra duty pay in the field.
Comment: Scrollable field - Comment for this specific extra duty pay

Icon Buttons
CANCEL - Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
PREVIOUS - Only selectable in edit mode. Allows the user to quickly move to the previous locker record in the sequence.
NEXT - Only selectable in edit mode. Allows the user to quickly move to the next locker record in the sequence.
WRITE - Write Button records the input to the database.
