Subject Matter Code Input Window

Subject Matter Code Input Window allows user to add new subject matter code into system.

Input/Display Fields
Subject: Code number assigned to this Subject Matter code.
Description: Description of what the Subject Matter code is responsible for.

Icon Buttons
CANCEL - Cancel Button cancels and closes the subject matter code input window.
PREVIOUS - Previous Record Button navigates to previous subject matter code record.
NEXT - Next Record Button navigates to next subject matter in sequence.
WRITE - Write Button opens verification dialog to record the new subject matter input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete subject matter codes from the database.
