This window is used to view the school’s general financial record standings for the selected monthly cycle.

Input/Display Fields
To Date: Display field - The ending date for that selected month
Statement Number: Display field - The Statement Number
Included Layout Listing window for checks.
Icon button - View origin and details of selected Check
Number: Group scrollable list - The number of the check
Date: Group scrollable list- The Date the check was made
Amount: Group scrollable list - The Amount the Check is for
Total Check: Display field - Total number of Checks spent
Total Amount: Display field - Total amount of all Checks
Included Layout Listing window for Money Recieved
Icon button - View origin and details of selected Money Received record
Date Rec.: Group scrollable list - Date the money was received
Amount: Group scrollable list - Amount of money received
Total Check: Display field - Total number of Checks received
