Program Code Listing Window

Program Code Listing Window allows user to add program code, add description of program code and change description of program code. Once program code is added into list it cannot be deleted. At the bottom of listing window there are three boxes that represent window listing status of the program codes found it the list " Not In Use", " In Use" and " Total Codes".

Input/Display Fields
Code: Group Scrollable list - The Code Button sorts program codes and description of codes by code number.
"X": Group Scrollable list - The "X" represents that the code is being used.
Description of Codes: Group Scrollable list - The Description Button sorts program codes and description of codes by alphabetical listing of description of codes.
Not In Use: Display field - Displays the total number of Program Codes not in use.
In Use: Display field - Displays the total number of Program Codes in use.
Total Codes: Display field - Displays the total number of Program Codes in the listing window.

Sort by Code number.
Sort by Description alphabetically
Sort by all In Use codes

Icon Buttons
ADD - Add New Record Button opens the add program code window which enables the user to add a new fund code and description of program code.
PRINT - Print Button allows you to print program code status and description report.
SETUP - The Activate Button allows user to activate or deactivate the setup flags for program. when activated user is allowed to select or deselect program codes. If deactivated user cannot deselect program but user is allowed to select program in order to change description or add new program.
EDIT - The Modify Button allows user to edit description of selected program, but it does not allow user to change program number.
CANCEL - The Cancel Button cancels and closes the program code listing window.
