Bank Account Query Dialog

This Query dialog window is used to search different bank accounts by types and or sites.

Input/Display Fields

Type: Pop-up menu - To Query by different types of Bank Accounts e.g. School District Account, Activity Fund
Bank Name (Partial): Radio button - Query used for quick search by Bank Name
Account Description (Partial): Radio button - Query used for quick search by Account Description.
Variable Text: To use conjunction with the radio button

Sort Buttons
CANCEL - The action and close the window.
FIND/QUERY - This is the way to access existing data from the database.
