Employee Attendance Query Dialog

Employee Attendance Query Dialog Window can be used to query employees' attendance record, using various fields in this window as a criteria. Most of the fields in this window are pop-up menus that allow you to choose from predetermined criteria.

Input/Display Fields
Site: Fill-in/Pop-up menu - allows you to search Employee's Attendance records based on a specific site. This field could be deselected by clicking on "N" Box in front of this window.
Reason: Pop-up menu - Various reasons that could make an employee to stay away from work are pre-loaded in this pop-up menu window and you choose the appropriate one as a querying factor
Certificate: Fill-In/Pop-up menu - Type of certificate obtained by the Employee
Date valid: The date it was presented to the Employer could also be used to query Employees' Attendance records
Employee Type: Employee types are classified by: CR = Certified Staff salary with retirement, ST = Substitute with retirement, SS = Hourly with retirement, FI = Hourly without retirement
Date: This is a pop-up menu field pre-loaded with 9 choices of dates. It also has two modifiable fields that stores the starting date and the ending date.
Date Recorded: Date the attendance action is recorded. It has two modifiable display fields where start and end dates are stored.
Name: Fill-in/Pop-up menu - This is a pop-up menu field where the name of the employee is stored. Type the first letter of the employee's name and all names starting with that letter shows up in the pop-up menu. If you do not want to use this as a search criteria, simply click on the "N" box in front of the field.
By Last Name Check box - if check the ordered will be query by employee's last name.
Comment (multi wildcard): Query by multi wildcard in the comment field.

Icon Buttons
Cancels Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Search/Query Button performs a search to select records according to criteria
