Employee Leave Query Dialog

Employee Leave Query Dialog is the primary window from which you can query or search employees' leave records , using different criteria such as current or past employese or type of staff.

Input/Display Fields
Emp. Condition: Pop up menu - Allows you to select from the popup menu whether you want to query the leave reason of the current or past employee.
Leave Status: Pop up menu - Allows you to select from the popup menu to query the employee who used the leave reason more than the allowance.
Staff Type: Pop up menu - An Employee can assume only one of four different types and these are :-
CR--certified staff with retirement
ST--substitute staff with retirement
SS--hourly staff with retirement
FI--hourly staff without retirement.
Local Cert. Fill-in/Pop up menu - Allows you to search certificate given by the local (not state certificate)held by the employee.
Name: Fill-in/Pop up menu - This pop-up menu field stores the name of the employee Type the first letter of the name and all names that start with that letter shows up in the pop-up menu field.
By Last Name: Check box - The Name field displays Names using last names when this box is checked.

Icon Buttons
CANCEL - Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
QUERY - Search Button performs a search to select records according to criteria
