Add Miscellaneous Payroll Short Cut Window

Add Miscellaneous Payroll Short Cut Window allows you to create a new miscellaneous pay account code.

Input/Display Fields
Account Code: Display field - of Miscellaneous Pay accounting code.
Description: Description of the Miscellaneous Pay accounting code.
Day: Calcualted by divied the hours by 8 or enter the Days manually (this can be left blank)
$/Hr: Enter the Pay Rate (this can be left blank), with HRs filled in Per total pay would be calculate automatically.
Applicable Tax: Show the 6 Pop-Up menu box which the pay would have impact on, be 1) No Preset, 2) Tax Applicable, 3)Not Tax Applicable
This Pay Total: Calculated field or fix amount for the Total for this short cut if selected.
Fed Tax : Pop-Up Menu - Federal tax Check box
Medicare: Pop-Up Menu - Medicare Pop-Up Menu
SMRF: Pop-Up Menu - State Municipal Retirement Fund Pop-Up Menu
State: Pop-Up Menu - State Tax Pop-Up Menu
FICA: Pop-Up Menu - Federal Insurance Corporation Association
TRS: Pop-Up Menu - Teacher Retirement System
Tax Flags: Display field - show the six characters represents the deductions selected. on this screen (Fed Tax, State, etc.) "1" means selected and "0" represents not selected, and " "(blanks) means no impact/no preset.

Accept/Write Button records input to the system.
