Select Student Printing Dialog Box

This dialogue box allows the user to print a number of different print reports.

Buttons
Prints a detail form for the selected student(s). Includes detailed student information.
Print a parent authorization form. This is a form that needs to be signed by a students parent/guardian in order to give the school permission to transport a student to the hospital in the event of an emergency. This form includes the students resides with , emergency contact, doctor, and dentist information. It also documents any medication, medical condition, and notes if a child wears correctional lenses.
Print a letter/memo to a student, guardian, resides with individual, or whomever is responsible for the students educational responsibilities.
Allows the user to print out student labels. Labels can be customized to contain any necessary student information.
Allows the user to use the 4D custom report generator to create a print report.

Detail Selector: Pop up menu - List the individual reports that can be specified and printed.
ATT. History: Allows the user to print an attendance history report for the selected students. Contains a total count of the number of student absences, partial, and late days.
Bar Code Card(s): Allows the user to print student Id cards and library cards. There is not a set default format, so the Id cards can be customized to contain all necessary information.
Bar Code List: Allows the user to print a student bar code list.
Basic Student: The print report will consist of: the responsibility center code, class code, student full name, birth date, home address, city, and phone number for each student.
Detail List: Prints a detailed print report for the selected students.
Individual Attendance: Prints an attendance report for the selected student and includes attendance records from the selected time frame.
Locker list: Prints a locker list for the selected student(s). The report contains the students Id number, full name, homeroom class code, site code, and locker(s) number, type, combination, and location.
Name List: Prints a list of the selected students names and home room class codes.
Special Ed Conditions: Prints a report containing the selected students general information and a detailed list of the students special Ed conditions and valid dates.
Parent List: Prints a list of the selected students contacts and their relationship to the student.
Parent to Student: Prints a list of the parent names and general information such as work place and phone number and also the student they are linked to.
Progress Report: Prints a progress report for the selected student(s) that contains the selected criteria.
Student Schedule: Prints two types of reports for the selected student(s). First, a simple report can be printed containing the students class schedule and all class related information. Second, choose to print a more detailed report that also contains the students bus route and assigned locker(s) information.
Update student data: Updates and refreshes the data of the selected student(s) and creates a data file to document any encountered errors.
•MapNet Plus: Exports the selected student(s) information in MapNet Plus format.
•NCS Data: Allows the user to export data in the selected state specific NCS data format.
•Parent(s) Data: Allows the user to export data in parent data format. The system exports the student contact information.
•Student Address: Allows the user to export data in street address format.

Icon Buttons
PRINT - Executes the selected print job.
CANCEL - Cancels the action and closes the window.
