Student Input Window(2) Residence

This window contains the information of the individual with whom the child resides with, the date and the information the student has provided to verify their residency, and the locker numbers, combinations, and locations of all lockers the student is assigned to.

Input/Display fields
Student name: Display field - The students full name.
Include Listing Layout of the Residence Verification.
Verified As Of: This is the date that the student has provided residency verification.
Type: Scrollable field - Select each method of verification by clicking in the space to the left of the description. This will select the type of verification and place an X mark.
Include Listing Layout of the Child resides with.
Resides with information: Scrollable field - Window is for display purposes only. It lists all stored information on the person that the student currently resides with.
Button -Opens the related contact input window. This allows the user to add a new individual, their relationship to the student and select them to be the students guardian, education provider, or both.
Button - Allows the user to modify an existing related contact record.
Button - Deletes the selected related contact record.
Button - Open the contact draggable window.
Button - Sets the selected individual and address to be the students resides with. The new selected information will now be displayed in the child resides with display window.
Include Listing Layout the following data fields
Header Row
G: Group scrollable list - Guardian. Will display an X mark if the individual is the child's guardian.
R: Group scrollable list - Resides With. Will display an X mark if the student resides with this individual.
E: Group scrollable list - Education. Will display an X mark if the individual is responsible for the students educational responsibilities.
Relationship, full name,home phone: Group scrollable list - Displays the relationship code, the individuals name, and home phone number.
Work Place, phone number Group scrollable list - Displays the individuals work place and work phone number.
Include Listing Layout of the Locker assignment. Displays the students assigned locker numbers, current combinations, and locations.

Button - Allows the user to assign additional lockers to the student. Opens the student/locker assignment window.
Button - Removes the locker and revokes the students privileges to use the selected locker.
Migrant: Check box - Check marked if the students family is identified as migrant.
Single Parent Family: Check box - Check marked if the student resides in a single parent family.

Icon Buttons
Opens the student address history window. The system automatically keeps an ongoing log of all student address changes on this page.
Returns to the previous window (Student Input Window).
