A.D.A Select dialog

This window allows the user to print an average daily attendance report for the selected site during the entered time frame.

Input/Display fields
Site: Fill-in/Pop-up menu - List of sites.
From: Start date for the ADA report.
To: End date for the ADA report.

Icon Buttons
Cancels the action and closes the window.
Prints the ADA report.
