Object Code Input Window

This windows allows user to add new object code and description into system, CAUTION once new object code is added into system it cannot be deleted.

Input/Display fields
Object code: Used when entering a new object code. The user can also add a new object group by simply entering the code and the description and selecting Object Group from the listing which is the "+++ :"
Description: Used for entering a description of the object code the field is modifiable
Chart of Account: Pop up menu - Used for selecting the chart of account code for the selected object.
Displays all the Object code groups currently being used by the system along with the descriptions.
Once the new code has been created it must be added to a group.simply be clicking on the desired group from the listing
Object Group: Scrollable list - Used for choosing the group to which the object code belongs to. The list is state specfic.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels and exits the object code input window.
Previous Button navigates to previous object code in sequence.
Next Button navigates to next object code in sequence.
Write Button opens verification dialog in order to record the new object code input into the database you must click yes, because you cannot delete object codes from database.
