Work Order Input Window

This is the add/modify window which allows the users to add and modify the work order.

Input/Display fields

Site: Fill-in/Pop-up menu- List of sites
Ref #: Reference number for the user to refer to for later reference.
Description: The description of a work order item.
Estimate: The estimated cost of the work order performed.
Accumulated Cost: Display field - Total amount spent on this work order.
Priority: Pop-up menu -There are three different priority's to choose from: (Highest), (Standard) and (Low).
Initial Date: Display field - The date the work order is first entered
Start Date: The date the work order is to start on.
Finish Date: The date the work performed is to be completed.
Authorized By: Fill-in/Pop-up menu -The person that authorized the work order.
Work Order Description: Scrollable field - The detail description of the work order.

Icon Buttons
Cancel/Escape - Cancel the work order operation.
Accept/Save/Write - Save the data of work order.
