Work Order Query Dialog

This is a Query Dialog window that allows a user to search for a particular work order(s).

Input/Display fields
Description: Type in short description of the work order
Status: Pop-up menu - List of status
Finished
In Process
By Site: Fill-in/Pop up - List of Sites
Date: Fill-in/Pop up - List of possible date spans to search
Start Work On: Starting work date of the work orders
End Work On Ending date of the work orders
Work Order ID (exact): Radio Buttons - When this is selected the user has to enter the exact work order ID# into the text window below.
Internal Ref# (exact): Radio Buttons - This is the internal reference number that when selected the user has to enter the exact internal reference number into the text window below.
Variable Text: Used in conjuction with above radio buttons.

Icon Buttons
Cancels the user out of this window and takes the user back to the first view work order window.
Executes the query based on the information the user entered. Takes the user to the view work order window where the user can view work orders based on the query information that they entered.
