Preprint Setup with Vendor name or with Salary of Payroll Deduction

This window allows you to setup a payroll deduction print list whether you want it with vendor name or with salary by selecting the button on the previous window

Input/Display Fields
Include Listing Layout the following data fields.
"i": Group Scrollable list - Represents that the selected field is a Indexed field
Name: Group Scrollable list - Name of the field to be printed.
Description: Group Scrollable list - Describes the data field A (x) = character and (length), B = Boolean, R = Real, D = Date, I = Integer, L = Long Integer, T = Time.
Append: Button - Allows you to add the selected file name you want to be on the list from include listing window to Sort By window, the new appended field name will always be at the bottom of the sort by list.
Insert: Button - Allows you to insert selected file name above the highlighted field from include listing window to sort by window, if no field is highlighted, this button function as append.
Remove: Button - Allows you to highlighted selected file name from sort by include listing window
Include Listing Layout the following data fields.
Sort By : Scrollable list - Selected file name from include listing window by appending or insert with scrollable
Add to report heading Scrollable field - Allows you to write text in the enterable field with to be added to the report header
Break Level: Pop-up menu - Break the print layout into levels, the amount of level is coincide with the amount of field selected plus one.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Print Button prints a a report of short cut codes.
