Print Asset Dialog

This is the print asset dialog which allows the user(s) to print a current list and custom quick report of the asset item(s).

Buttons:
Current list - print the current list of the asset item(s) including the Title/description, Type, Inq. Date, Item Class, Cost Each, and Value.
Custom - user can use this custom query to sort all the data to be printed as needed.
Cancel - cancel the print operation.
