Employee Budget Input Window

This window is used to assign sub-budgets from the original Expense Budget. Individual employees can be assigned an amount from the budget in which they are allowed to use. Therefore, this window can be use to limit the employees total spending amount out of the budget.

Input/Display Fields
Employee: Fill in/Pop-up menu - to select an Employee Name from the Listing.
Amount: The dollar amount assign to and limit the selected employee can spend out of the Expense Budget.
Spend: The dollar amount already spend by the employee within the assigned individual budget.
Left: The remaining dollar amount still available in the individual budget.
UpDate On: The last date any modification was done on this individual budget.

Cancel/Escape.
Write/Save the individual budget record.
