Class Employee Query Dialog

This window allows the user to query individual class employee as related to a particular class

Input/Display fields
Site: Fill-in/Pop-up menu -The school the class/employee is located
Type: Pop-up menu - Position of the particular class employee, E.g. Psychology,specialist,Teacher, Teachers aid, Supervisor and Team member.
Status: Pop-up menu - Indicate if the employee is employed at this moment or not
Teacher: Fill in/Pop-up menu -Employee list
By Last name: Check box, - If checked to indicate teacher’s name can be selected by the last name
Class Code This is the code number given to a class for Identification
Start date From Enter start date of class employee
To Enter the period of date class employee ends
End date From Enter the date class employee ceased to attend to the class
To Enter the end date of class employee
Valid as of Pop-up menu - This is the current date class employee query dialog was accessed
