Student Route Modify Window

This window displays the the bus route information of a particular student.

Input/Display fields
Site Code: Display field -This is a code used to identify the school the student is enrolled.
Distance: Display field -The miles traveled between the students home and the school.
Full Name: Display field -The students name assigned to the bus route record.
Start Date: Date the students starts the particular bus route.
End Date: Date the student stops riding the particular bus route.
On Stop: Display field - Location where the student gets on the bus.
Off Stop: Display field - Location where the student gets off the bus.
Comment: Group scrollable field - Any extra needed information.

Icon Buttons
Cancel, Return to previous screen.
Takes the user to the previous record.
Takes the user to the next record.
Writes the record to the database.
