Assign Class & Bus Route while Enrolling Window

This window gives the user the ability to take a new student an enroll him/her in a particular class and bus route.

Input/Display field
Class Selection Include Layout
X: Group scrollable list - "x" Selects the class for the students being enrolled.
Site code: Group scrollable list - Code of the site the class is located.
Class code: Group scrollable list - System generate Id to identify the class.
Dates: Group scrollable list - Valid dates of the class.
Bus Selection Include Layout
X: Group scrollable list - "x" Selects the bus route for the students being enrolled.
Bus route code: Group scrollable list - System generated Id to identify the bus route.
Dates: Group scrollable list - Valid dates of the bus route.

Icon Buttons
Cancel, Return to previous screen without writing the record.
Writes the record to the database.
