Purchasable Item Input Window

This is the purchasable item input window which allow user(s) to add or view a purchasable item.

Input/Display fields
PurItemID: The ID # of a purchasable item obtained from the catalog or from the vendor.
Description: The description of the purchasable item.
Current Prices: The current price or cost of the purchasable item.
Current On Hand: The quantity of this item the site currently in stock.
Price History: Scrollable field - The history price of this purchasable item.

Icon Buttons
Cancel/Escape - Cancel the operation
Write button - Accept records input into the database.
