IEP Input Window

Input/Display fields
Name; ID: Displays field - The name of the student and student ID number,
Start Date: The start date of the IEP.
End Date: The end date of the IEP.
Reason: Pop-up menu - List of reason the IEP ended.

Icon Buttons
Cancels the action and closes the window. Any and all the entries or changes that have been made to the window will not be saved or recorded to the database.
Previous Record. Opens the previous student record in the sequence. This icon is only selectable if there are multiple IEP records.
Next Record. Opens the next student record in the sequence. This icon is only selectable if there are multiple IEP records.
Records the data and any modifications to the database. Without using this icon, whatever information the user has input in this window will not be saved.
