Edit User Access Dialog

This window is used to edit user access. You can set up new users with pass codes and add new access points to users.

Input/Display fields

Include Listing Window
Access Points: Scrollable list - List of Group and work titles with which the system will grant access.
Current System Users: Group scrollable list - List of current user names.
User name: Enter in new users
Pass Code: Enter the users password (not case sensitive for entry here, but true for entering the system). If case is typed wrong, type in a total different word, and then reenter the correct password so the memory can be correctly set.
Base Site: Allows the user to choose his/her base site on single location multi site environment. With this selection, the person would only access to that specific site even in a single location multisite condition.
Icon button - Add button used to add access points to users
Icon button - Delete button used to subtract access points to users
Sort: Button - This will sort the users access point alphabetically

Icon Buttons
WRITES any new entries or modifications you have made to the database.
PRINT the users access and access points.
SETUP this icon will allow to update all changes to the user access system.
