Change Employee Social Security Number Window.

Change Employee Social Security Number Window is used to change an employee's old social security number to a new assigned number.

Input/Display fields
Old SS #: Employee's old SS #.
Name: Employee's name. Employee's name is displayed when his old SS # is entered into the old ss # enterable field.
New SS #: Employee's new social security number.
Retype SS #: Retype SS #.
