Send data if date longer than 5, Local or Execute on Server

This is the windows that allows the user to decide whether they want to build a data file locally or no the server. If the data file is too big it would be in the users best interest to use the local formate. The time is much faster.

Buttons
On Server: This button allows you to build up data for transmission from the specified date from the server.
Locally: This button allows you to build data to be transmitted locally from the specified date.
Cancel: This cancel button allows you to stop the whole process of building data to be transmitted
