Homeroom Entry Window

This window gives the user the ability to enroll a student in a particular home room and track the time period the student is enrolled in that class.

Input/Display Fields
As of: Date the entry is being written to the Database.
Site: Fill-in/Pop-up menu - List of schools on the Database.
Class Code: Pop-up menu - List of Classes on the database.
Class Date Span - from: Display field - Valid dates of the class starting and ending.
Class Date Span- to: Display field Valid dates of the class starting and ending.
Student Class Enrollment - from: Beginning date student is enrolled in this particular homeroom.
Student Class Enrollment - to: The date the student is no longer enrolled in this particular class
