Coding: Display field - The Long String Code
Amount: Display field - Total dollar amount being allocated to this Fund account
Receive Date: Display field - Date this money was received in general
AR Date: Display field - Date this money was received by this Fund account
Fund: Fill-In Pop up Menu - Fund Code
SoFund: Fill-In Pop up Menu - Source of Fund Code
Site: Fill-In Pop up Menu - Site for this Fund Code
Revenue: Fill-In Pop up Menu - Revenue Code
Suffix: Fill-In Pop up Menu - Suffix Code
