NCS Data Export Select Dialog

This window allows the user to build a National Computer System (NCS) data file for the stundent tetsting label and save information in the desired format. With this the school can bring the data back to the system via the student unique ID number.

Input Fields
Selectable Popup Menu: Select the suitable type of NCS format to use.

These choices will vary from state to state (state specific).

Icon Buttons
Cancels the action and closes the window.
Exports student data in the format selected above.
