Site Sp Ed Services Query Dialog

This window gives the user the ability to search the database by any Special Education Service offered or search by a particular site for any date.

Input/Display Fields
by Sp. Ed Pop-up menu - Special Education Services that are stored and currently in use in the database.
Site: Fill-in/Pop-up menu - List of all sites stored on the database.
As of: Searches the datebase for information based on the specific date as typed.

Icon Buttons
Cancel, Return to previous screen, no action taken.
Starts the search of the database.
