IEP Initilization Print Dialog

The IEP Initilization Print Dialog allows the user to select a choice of printing mode. Print could be done in the following ways:

Buttons
This button allows the user to select from a list of items to be printed.
This button will allow for the use of quick report editor for printing.
This cbutton ancels the print process.
