IEP Action Listing Window

This is the IEP Action Listing Window which displays all the IEP Actions in the system.
This windows includes the following data fields and command buttons:

Header Row
SiteC: Displays the site the IEP Action taken place.
Student ID & Name: Displays the students ID number and students name.
Date: Displays the date of the IEP action taken place.
Type (w/Response): Displays the type of IEP action, which includes the following:, Recommendation, Prior Notice, Parent/Guardian Consent, Notice of IEP Meeting
Printed: Displays if the action has printed.
Body Text: Note of the IEP action.
Close D: Close date of the IEP action, which is no longer valid.
Close Text: Note after the IEP action has closed.

Icon Buttons
The Add/New button allows the user to add a new IEP action.
Search / query button search the entire database for the specific data. Takes the user to the IEP action
Print Button allows the user to print the IEP action(s) in current list, and custom report of all the IEP action(s) in the database.
View Button allows a selected IEP action record to be viewed, but not modified
Modify Button allows the user to modify a selected IEP action.
Cancel/Escape Button cancels the current action and closes the active window
