Special Ed Service Code Input Window

The Special Ed Service Code Input Window is used to add special education programs.

Input/Display Field
Service Code: The code of the Special Ed Service.
Description: The description ot the special ed service.
Criteria: Criteria of the special ed service.
Asset: Asset used for the special ed service.
Service: Type of service used for the special ed service.
Locked: Check box - Once all the fields are completed, you can lock the window.

Icon Buttons
Cancel Button cancels the current action and closes the active window.
Next Record Button opens the next record in a sequence.
Previous Record Button opens the previous record in a sequence.
Accept Button records input to the database.
